Online orders placed before 2pm CST Tuesday thru Friday are normally processed and shipped the same day, unless orders are marked "store pick up". Online orders received after 2pm CST will usually be processed the next business day. Drop shipments may take slightly longer to ship. Shipping charges for All Fluorescent lamps (T-12 and T-5) are charged a seperate box charge as noted in the item description.
Advanced Aquatics ships to the continental 48 United States via UPS Ground and offers 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day service via UPS Air. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent via USPS Priority, call or e-mail us for a quote.

Need to return an item? You may return any item as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in the original box and not damaged.
- The product is accompanied by all its original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Bargin Bin items are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Livestock items are not refundable.
- Please request a RMA before sending an item back. Be sure to include the RMA number in all correspondance. We are not responsible for return postage costs. We suggest insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible if the product arrives to us damaged. Any item not exchanged for another item may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Books, Bargin Bin items are not returnable. Please allow 7-14 days for a refund.
